Blue Cross Blue Shield

Ltr to BCBS
ATTN;  www.fepblue.org

Hello, bcbs,  I have your letter regarding your Disease Management program, I get them periodically.  I do have symptoms related to chronic health conditions.  I have called the number provided 866-412-8795.

Cost containment has been on everybody's mind lately and with good reason, we dont want to go off the fiscal cliff.

So let me say that I have had my urine sample submitted many times.  In the military they did them every so often.  I do them when I go to the VA and when I go see my urologist, my employers have taken them every so often.  All of them looking for different things.  I have copies of one such event with the results, it goes back to 92.

The health nurse that looked at my results, commented on my bad cholesterol.  As you may be aware now I have three stents and one big MI.  You might wonder what does one have to do with the other?  Well when you have elevated levels of uric acid in your system it will compromise your heart.  It does more than that it gives you gout, causes you pain, lots of it.

Dont feel bad, I to had to go back and do a retrospective self examine.   I diagnosed myself with gout .... and treated my self with herbs and baking soda.  My pain diminished, not completely but to where I was able to bear it.

I had been to my VA doctor and he said that one more number and I would have gout, finally I decided to do my own research ..... I bought Clinical Rheumatology  and sure enough it covered the subject extensively.  It was consistent with my findings.  In a few days the pain on my arms was gone, the psoriatic lesions on my elbow healed, the peeling and bleeding on my ears stopped and I could talk to others without going off on them.

So there you can help me.  You can insist that the microscopic be supported by evidence and not the work of some doctor, or some laboratory technicians.  This will force those looking at the urine through the microscope, did in fact see.   Not that I dont like these people but 85% of people lie, thats a big number.

The fact is that people want to treat me medically, so they say, but they dont want to do the work.  So they cheat ..... that is why these medical doctors, internist, cardiologist, pulmonalogist, urologist, radiologist, and orthopedic guy failed to see that I had gout.  Yes I have the lab results to prove it.

Now I was diagnosed with a calcified prostate ....weird huh, then I was diagnosed with kidney stones and a cyst on the other kidney, I was diagnosed with Calcium deposits in my left eye .... and even had to have surgery to remove a calcium deposit that was penetrating my eyeball from the inside out .... weird huh,   I thought it was just a little pebble that was stuck in my eye.

My most recent CT was the results of a false alarm, no I dont have cancer, yes, I do have calcified lymph nodes.  Weird huh.  It appears that I have some moments of hypercalcemia and it appears that when the pH goes down, my calcium precipitates and ends up in my eyes, my lymph nodes, my prostate

My urologist said I needed a CT scan of my kidneys..... so he sends me to his office 25 miles away.  They took the picture.  Weeks later he calls me and says that I have a lesion in my right lung ..... I go to the urologist and he thinks that he is an oncologist.

Seriously, I dont think he even looked at my urine, I think he threw it away, and failed to diagnose my gout, my hyperuricemia and he failed to treat it.  BTW I dont have to tell u that CT was xpensive and soon I had the office girl demanding payment .... what a bitch.   Now she is aware that, Im being overcharged, sent a long distance, that my results were treated with complete disregard for my health.  But she is the bull dog that is in charge of collecting.  When I walk into that office I am a meal ticket.

The VA takes my urine each and every time I go there .... and there parameters for gout are off.  This is strange because they are computerized.  They not only failed me but fail others.  Oh and the pathologist in charge of the lab should be on top of this, so should the lab manager, so should medicare, so should my insurance company.  So should the radiologist,   How can an entire group of doctors and medical ancillary personnel be so incompetent.   They just dont do the work.

That old cliche is right, if you want something done right .... do it your self.

One day I went for a stress test up on Mesa..... beautiful lady.....Sandy.....dumb as a door knob.  She put me on the stress machine and couldnt get me off.  When I finally got off with help, I was having an MI but she didnt waste any money, so I didnt get any oxygen.  When this poor excused for a nuclear medicine cardiology technician, Sandy, submitted a bill, I told the VA not to pay.  I complained to BCBS of TX, POBox 833874, Richardson Tx  75083, 866.412.8795 and requested they not pay.   Finally they both corned me on the phone and I told them not to pay,,, but they did anyway.   I said, "why the fuck do you call me if you are going to do what you want"!    I said, "no wonder the fucking country is going broke"!  Yelling didnt help they paid anyway.

They paid, even though the beautiful Sandy, caused me a massive MI.  I think Sandy is an impersonator, or an illegal but what Im sure she isnt is a certified, bonafide, nuclear medicine cardiology technician.

Yes it would be good if my insurance could manage my disease ..... but if we consider the past, I just dont see how it is possible.  And this is why our health care system is so expensive.  Should you decided to get up off your collective asses and do the job, that just might convince me otherwise.
