68,000 is the number of gang members in Chicago. Chicago is a dangerous place. I hear about all the killings, especially the kids. You can see the pain in the moms every time it happens. We have a city like that across the border, it's called Juarez.
I dont know how many gang members we have in El Paso but it was a big problem for a while. Then one of our judges stepped up to the plate and laid down the law.
1. You cannot congregate in groups greater than two.
2. You cannot be seen in this downtown area.
3. You cannot have a cell phone or a computer.
4. They have a curfew, cant be out after dark.
5. Any violation of the rules will result in immediate arrest and imprisonment.
I think this concept has been effective and Chicago should take note. These gang members are not individuals that have rights! By their own words, by their own hand, they are a pack. Their sole purpose is to terrorize the city, to earn illicit money, to sell drugs and prostitution and to maintain a strangle hold on the citizen in the zip code.
They murder and rape, they sell poison to kids. They are an economic drain to the people of Chicago. They are a disgrace to people everywhere.
I heard that 400 Taliban kept Afghanistan under tyranny. Imagine what 68,000 soldiers can do. Certainly law enforcement has failed. The federal government has failed to provide, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
68,000 gang members is like having a secondary government, a rogue government that exist outside the law. They tax those citizens .... they exist outside the constitution and have contempt for congress. Many of those gang members are illegal aliens that are the long arm of the cartels.
But I bet that the government will try and take our guns, I bet they will try to take our right to self defense. This is almost two divisions.
I leave you with a famous quote, "of course I believe in a higher authority, its strapped to my hip".
