Well Ft Bliss has the highest concentration of Aids patients in the world. These are gay soldiers. Although, I think they should marry, I dont feel like paying for their aids.
Having aids patients will lead to bankruptcy. So we need to determine who they are and deny them citizenship and military service. Not only should we deny them citizenship we should deny them access to our country.
Texas Tech wants to open more clinics, and they want us to pay for them, see I told you they would tax us out of our homes. They already have a number of clinics but go figure, they want more.
The VA has clinics, doctors have clinics, hospitals have clinics, and now the medical schools have clinics. Now we have public health clinics, foundation clinics. Just how many clinics do we need.
Mr. President you want to improve healthcare than take this to heart. Most of our knowledge is gated through our eyes. So small kids that cant see, are not motivated to learn, small kids that have vision problems will make poor progress in school. So make sure that kids have an eye exam and that glasses are available to all those kids.
Use the optometrist, assign them to a school. If you dont have enough eye doctors, uses nurse practitioners. You can also use xbox games to determine visual acuity, probably cheaper than a medical professional.
If you want to improve academics, get rid of bilingual education, teach English. The savings achieved from these programs will more than make up for any money spent.
Have nurses teach health and healthcare. Remember an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
