Conspiracy Theory

Brings to mind, flashbacks, to Julia Roberts and Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory or if you prefer The Pelican Briefs, with Julia again.

I dont think that it is a coincidence that we suddenly have West Nile Virus in Dallas Texas or in the state of Massachusetts.  The threat of Nuclear, Biological or Chemical attack has been a source of fear for Americans since before 911.  Nuclear and Chemical weapons are harder to conceal, harder to deliver, harder to transport.  But Biological weapons can be delivered in small quantities, and once on target can be augmented to destroy a target of varying sizes.  A few people a small amount: A larger group of people, a larger amount.

The fact is you can bring in a lot of viruses in one test tube, deliver to a vector on site, and move the vector to the designated target, with few resources.  You can take this through the airport and non would be the wiser.

I dont think that it would be out of sync with the idea that we have enemies abroad that could and would commit this act of war.  I dont think it would be unreasonable to surmise that a terrorist from within, intent on getting richer by dropping the property values then buying those properties and selling when the market recovers.

And so it could be a religious fanatic waiting for his 72 virgins, or the ugly American, the capitalist, intent on fortune without fame.  

Im sure our authorities are in pursuit of both?  Or I could be FOS.
