Social Security

Social Security a tax that most Americans have paid for over their working history is not easy to get.  In my case It was applied for in 2003 and refused.  This by a judge who has located cameras in the lobby that allows him to look at people while waiting for their case in the lobby.  Then he forms a medical opinion based on a one time observation without reviewing the medical history.  By law the judge is forbidden from discussing your case with others, so when you walk in he asks you if it is okay that he discuss your case with the employment expert.  Not knowing what he is attempting to do you agree and so now feels confident to discuss the case with this person.

Suffice it to say that he does this delibertly to violate the spirit of the law.   And his assistant knows this, yet conspires with the judge to deny the client.  My social security was dispensed in 2003.

I did hire a person knowledgeable in social security, but even with this it takes years.  The appeals judge reversed the first judge and my presence was not required.

An entire industry of lawyers and experts has grown around this entitlement ....  apparently without paying a lawyer an individual is handicapped and his Social Security will be denied.
