Reproductive Health

Everybody knows that Rush Limbaugh thinks that women should not get the pill through their health insurance.  By extension he believes that religious hospitals should not be forced to do things that compromise their morality.  The fact is that he feels so strongly about it that he is willing to use his star power to attack one woman who dutifully represented women before the congress in an attempt to convince the legislature that health insurance should cover the cost of "the pill".  So passionate is he about this view that he is calls her a slut, a prostitute, who should post for the world to see her carnal encounters on the internet.

Now Rush is not a doctor, a lawyer, a women.. . nevertheless he has first amendment rights and we are all about freedom of speech. Now it is clear that for every right their is a responsibility, you cant yell fire in a crowded theater because the rights of the many trump the rights of the one.  Rush yelled Fire!

Rush has no need of birth control pills, and he feels that the public funds are his and in need of his protection.  He was acting for the fiscal health of the country.  After all he is the doctor of democracy who on a daily basis confronts the dark side with half his brain tied behind his back.  He claims to sit at the right hand of the father and stardom is a blessing that makes him right.  Now he wont run for office, but his armchair quaterbacking is well known.  What Rush is ....is the go to guy for the republicans.  Now when the party is in power, he can say what he wants, when the party is out of power, spending millions, and watching their team commit political suicide in an attempt to restore the status quo, the party can not afford him.  He is their cross to bear.

The folks that feed him, his advertisers, also have rights and they chose to avail themselves of them ....they pulled their advertising dollars, because in a bad economy, every penny counts, and they cannot afford to listen to Rush yell fire, when the people most affected are the people that buy the products.  Yes in a court of law you are innocent till proven guilty, but this does not hold true in the court of public opinion....here you are guilty and justice be damn.  Now they will not yell this out in the street but very quietly they will take their money somewhere else, to a place where they feel they are worthy of praise even if wrong.

The separation of church and state is the law .... most of us realize that this is good otherwise, the pope would send us marching into Jerusalem to take back the holy land.  Among the doctrine the church holds is one of no abortion, no contraception.  This doctrine manifest itself in many ways...for example...A young lady was raped and did not want to have a baby ..... she goes to her pharmacy out in the sticks, who holds to that doctrine and refuses to dispense RU238 as prescribed because it violates her religious beliefs ..... in the middle of the night that women has to make a decision, how far she is willing to go to get the "abortion pill".  Her life now hangs on the balance, as does her health.  The pharmacist a female, calls herself a professional, a scientist, refuses to dispense medication and is not concerned if the patient falls into a life of poverty.

A scientist should not have two axioms, if they do they fail as scientist, they fail as pharmacist.  She should surrender her license. Tomorrow a homosexual couple could bring in a child ....but she could refuse treatment because god would not approve, or she could refuse to treat blacks because they are the devil.

So we have the law, and lady justice is blind, the byproduct of the law is justice.  And justice for all .... means the same justice, you cant have two sets of laws and deliver justice.

The female population exceeds the male population in this country, they pay the larger portion of the tax, those funds belong to them in proportion to their number.  If they want insurance to cover reproductive health, they can ask the congress.  If congress ignores their plight, they can vote them out.  This is their first amendment right.  If they want to have sex, without worrying about pregnancy, or babies, that is their right.  If they want to be whores, hos, prostitutes, that is their right.  If they want to be a prostitute today and a lady tomorrow that is their right.  One of our TV judges use to be a prostitute.

We close the door to have sex because we have  right to privacy, We seek carnal interludes at night to avoid scandal, and we have sex because it feels good.  Fish do it!
