The Texas Constitution

I bought a copy of the Texas Constitution and what a disappointment.  I dont know who wrote it but any teacher would have given him an F.  To think that such an important document is the basic plan of Government for Texas is incomprehensible.  The content, the law is so poorly written, I would not doubt it if the Bushes are up to their necks in this.  It is embarrassing, and not a document worthy of Texas.  You will read more about this in the coming days.
