criminality

We have in our archives thousands of warrants for driving  violations, these warrants are for money, the city and county government dont want to incur the cost of arrest.  The council of judges does nothing, the police keep issuing citations, the county judges do nothing, and the problem snowballs, it overwhelms our local government's tiny brains and nothing is done.

The archives alone are so many, it requires computerization, digitalization, and all the knowledgeable personnel to historify each and every  single event.  Some people have 10,15 warrants all by their lonesome.  The cost of feeding this dinosaur falls on the tax payers, a ghostly burden of criminality is bringing the city to its knees.

So I recommend banishment.  If the criminal has a history of ignoring the laws and rules designed to protect the public and simply ignores the consequences then forbid him access to the city.  If they are from Juarez deny them crossing the bridge, driving across the bridge,  ask for surrender of any license, plates and those things used to facilitate poor citizenship.

If they are from the lower valley deny them access to the city, have the county government open a local office, or a mobile office. The same thing if they are from the upper valley, from New Mexico.  Maybe just send the bill to Susana la Tejana.

Try anything but what you dont do now, until something works.  This will give Vero Escobar something to do but raise our taxes.
