save some money on healthcare

I've got an idea, dont pay for CT scan in advance.  Pay $200 dollars to take it and the other $1000 dollars when the patient receives the results.

I look at it this way, if the doctor thought it was so important to get one, than it should be important to tell the patient.  So when the patient gets the results, he signs the postcard and forwards it to the medicare or insurance people.  If it takes longer than a week to get the results we reduce the amount to be paid by two hundred dollars, another week another 200 dollars, the third week the CT scan will not be paid for and a postcard is sent to the doctor informing him so.  If the doctor fails to do this 5 times in a year, he will be denied the use of the technology for a year.  If it happens again, two years, and after that he may not have use of the technology, ever.  And if he is to get the technology back, he will have to return to CT school.

This will save taxpayors mucho dinero, billions.....
