same sex marriage

I couldnt help but see that republican leader on TV, the one that cries all the time.  He says this issue will go to the supreme court, that he doesnt know what is and what is not constitutional and that is why the supreme court exist.  If he doesnt know what is in the constitution he should quit.  He is the minority leader and he should know this, besides he is a lawyer.

So here it goes, the constitution cites,
Inalienable rights
Life Liberty and the Persuit of Happiness.
equal protection of the laws
supremacy of federal citizenship
right of privacy
insure domestic tranquility
promote the general welfare
secure the blessings of Liberty
no ex post  facto law shall be passed

the enumeration in the constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people, ie.... self defense, same sex marriage

those powers not delegated to the US, nor prohibited to the states, are reserved to the people, or to the states.  this sentence gives supremacy to the states, but this is an error, the rights of the people are always first, it is we the people that

Separation of Church and state, morality is a religious issue

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime, whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the united states, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.  This means student loans, if you have to pay till you are an old man, this is slavery.  This is not liberty.  A 30 year mortgage.
