Sexual Harassment

SH ..... is what they call it when one party makes sexual advances at another party, without invitation.  This is not a one time offense but  repeated attempts to establish a sexual relationship that ignores the offended victim's boundaries.

Unwelcomed calls on the phone from a source for the purpose of soliciting a sexual relationship are frequently sexual harassment, especially when the one party has tried repeatedly to sever any contact.  They are often referred to as booty calls.  Many of these calls are charged to your account, extortion.  If solicitation occurs at certain times, they are illegal.

SH .... is one party making sexual advances of any kind,through any media; verbal, telephonic, email, text, radio, snail mail, writing in public places, to another party.  The message can include graphics, photos, script and is defined by the receiver as sexually offensive.  The receiver can find the message, funny, endearing, or smut and welcoming, but at the point when the receiver decides to disengage, if the messenger continues, it is sexual harassment.

So when I open my screen and Christian. Com comes on repeatedly without  me clicking on it, that is sexual harassment.  Not only is it sexual harassment, but religious  harassment.  If they are labeled as SPAM and continue their solicitation, that is harassment.  

I dont want to meet the singles over fifty, thats not only SH but age discrimination.

So where are the courts, where is the EEOC, where is the police?  These people are using the public airwaves, going across state lines, crossing boundaries.  Where is the FCC?  Where is the health department?  Child protective services?  We pay all this money in taxes and these people sit on their ass.  Where is the congress, the senate?

Sexual Spam aside from being SH, is also an expense to the receiver.  Deleting all those emails, texts, changing your phone number, all these things are an expense to the receiver.

Christian.Com .... the work of the devil.  Receiving spam from C.C is a booty call, its no different from standing outside and screaming, "I am horny"!
