Mayor Bloomberg

Ah.....Mayor Bloomberg is a Hitler.  This is a man that wants to fight obesity by legislating it.   He doesnt want restaurants to sell; giant cokes, or whoopers, or super sized french fries.  This is a good opinion for anyone to embrace, but Mayor B is using his position as M to legislate gluttony.  The mayor btw, is fat, not as fat as the guy in New Jersey.  But fat!

Mayor Bloomberg has not learned the basics, We lead by example!  He should diet, loose some weight, run the streets or walk them, visit the schools, make sure they have a good PE program.  Why doesnt he do a commercial, like Jennifer Hudson?

Now he was not elected to run the country, he was not elected to run the state, he was elected to run the city.  But he insists on passing gun legislation in the country.  He is very ambitious and he exemplifies what we know, power corrupts absolutely.

He wants to remove automatic weapons, high capacity magazines ...... well he has the lingo down .....  his motivation is the death of 20 of our children, shot by a crazy, while attending school.  

Not long ago his police officers were going down a  predominately, poor black neighborhood.  White police officers, saw a nice young man sitting on the stoop, they mistook him for a wanted felon and shot him.  All the officers shot this boy, they emptied their automatic weapons, he died at the scene.  He had no gun, he never fired a shot, he never even moved from the step, he wasnt even aware that four detectives, all had their high capacity, 9mm Glocks pointed at him.  One clumsy officer tripped and fell, the others panicked, they all proceeded to fire.  He was hit 44 times.

How can I say it but that he was butchered!  The police were given a trial and not one of them was found guilty, none of them were fired.  We lead by example ..... why doesnt MB remove the automatic pistols from the police department and just arm them with a six shooters?  The police say they need the firepower to have parity with the criminal element that live in the ghetto.

Now police officers are given a gun, lessons, practice time on the gun range and told that the weapon is for self-defense.  So a police officer should not draw his pistol in anticipation of the need.  He is to close on the suspect, announce himself as a police officer, talk the suspect into a tactical position like, turn around, put your hands on your head, interlock your fingers.

That suspect is innocent until proven guilty and unless that person is a known felon,
a murderer, a terrorist, in the act of committing murder, the police can not draw their weapon.  Especially since their weapon is an assault weapon and in the hands of a trained individual, deadly.

Now studies  show that most people that are shot and killed die with two rounds.  The necessary anatomy and ballistics show that the key variable in getting a kill is penetration.   If it is a front hit, it requires 12 inches of penetration, if it is a side hit it requires 18 inches of penetration.  

So a six shooter carries six bullets and in the hands of a train individual is enough to kill 3 individuals or wound six.  A police officer should not rely on the fact that he has a twenty round magazine and another two magazine should he need them.  He should not and cannot shoot at anything but the shooter.  His partner gets the same options, between them they have four rounds to kill the shooter.     Some police departments also provide shot guns.

If the officers are overwhelmed by numbers or firepower, they are obligated to call for back up.

Single shot pistols now carry 10 rounds, derringers, now carry two rounds, a 410 shotgun shell and a 44.  These guns have to be reloaded by hand and will only fire one round at a time, giving the officer time to decide.  Shoot or No Shoot!

But MB wants to take the magazines of all Americans, the automatic pistols.  I can appreciate his sentiment, trying to prevent tragedy, keeping kids alive.  But doesnt he have his hands full with NYC.  MB is out of control, he wants to stop obesity, and keep Americans from drinking soda.  Perhaps he hasnt read the book, or the constitution, or the cases heard by the Supreme Court.  If you want to stop or decrease the sale of automatic weapons or high capacity magazines in your city, raise the tax.  

And this is precisely the reason why Americans have guns, because the government, MB, feels that he has the power to impose his position on all Americans citizens, not just the ones that elected him.  Oh and he didnt want to run for the office of president.  The man is delusional, delusions of grandeur.  He is in the 17 percent tax group, so he doesnt believe in fairness.  MB should get together with Mr. Piers.

 Mr Piers likes to listen to Willy Nelson, because he agrees with him.  This one man has been arrested many times for smoking pot, he drinks like a fish.  How many people have been killed in order to keep Willy happy? And he calls other people stupid.
