Dr. Garcia

Well Dr Garcia, PhD, and superintendent of EPISD was finaly sentenced, I think he got three years, and a fine of $100,000 dollars.  By the dumbest fucking judge ever .... David Briones.   Im ashmed to say this man went to the same highschool.   I dont know maybe he got some political contributions for him or they were lovers, something, because the city of El Paso, did not get justice.  

I bet it cost over a million dollars in FBI investigation and court fees, alone.   The school board hired an interim superintendent at 500,000 dollars.  They are going to pay a headhunter another 450,000 dollars to fine a replacement.  And beyond this he ruined untold number of students lives, he forfeited their future.  The investigation isnt over.  

Just exactly is wrong with the judge, we should have a recall, what a fucking idoit.  Ive known this guy from the barrio and I tell you ..... what a worthless SOB.  

Last year we sent another judge to jail, he was caught reducing a sentence for some pussy.  And he was caught hiring the family of judge Arditti.   Then she got off scott free.   Then we sent Judge Luther Jones to jail for fraud.  

A few years back I had a case that was lost by the most incompetent law firm ever, Scher Legate.  They would not give me my file and I had to make numerous calls to the police and sheriff and demanded that they arrest him.  The first lawyer they appointed to me is a professor of polysci and he didnt pass his boards, the second lawyer never bother to read the file.  The opponents hired a law firm out of Houston internationally known and they came out swinging and I had them on the run, they either quit or were fired.  I took care of their top witness, he was a drunk on the nursing program for stealing drugs.  A druggy.   Then they brought in another lawyer and my lawyer folded, he wanted to try and slip me some money, so I would think they had capitulated, I called him a whimp and he got insulted.  Then I went to Judge Kurita and she got upset, had her office call me and tell me that I could not email her.  I said BS, she wrote me first, she wrote me asking for my vote, so if she writes me, I can write her.  Mr. Legate called me after it was over and offered me a job at the county hospital , he said he was on the board of directors.

How the hell can you get any justice, and dont even try to represent yourself.  The judges want you to go in and read all their rules.

Now judge Briones gives Mr. garcia  .... a fine of 100,000 dollars.  The SOB gets paid $38,000 dollars a week.  Then he still diverts money from the school to his girl friend to pay for pussy, and some of the lawyers have the audacity to say that he is a good man.  You idoits, he is not a good man, never was, he just hadnt been caught.  I guess they going to raise our taxes again.  

Judge Briones .... I hope you die.   You sir are an asshole.
