The Great Debator

Well the debates are just a few days away, its the Wannabe vs. the Incumbent, my money is on the incumbent.  However, I've got to say that it wont matter, Obama could screw up royally but he is likable, but nobody like Romney.   

When Hillary debated Obama, people didnt like her.  Now Hillary has worked hard and   has proven herself as Secretary of State, it has helped her gain the respect of the country and of the world.  If this debate were to take place today, Hillary could win because her words have gained value.

Romney will never win, it would not matter what if anything he knows.  He is a two face, duplicitous, human being, and people not only dont like it, they hate it.  Romney will never be welcomed into the home of most Americans.

Republicans would have a better chance starting from scratch, and Paul, any chance that he ever had of being president has dissipated among the 47%.

So what would I ask the debaters  if I could?  What would you ask?  What would Susana Martinez ask?  She was a champion debater and beat the commanding general of Ft. Bliss.   First female governor of New Mexico.  The bad-ass prosecutor from Las Cruces, the bad lands of New Mexico.

What would Isela Castanon- Williams ask?  You can see that the questions asked are just as important as the answers, together they combine to form what we call truth.  When people dont answer, or have to think about it, it is obvious that they have not thought about it before and if they did they were not able to reach a conclusion.  Sometimes they might try to evade the question by changing the subject or responding with another question.  And often they will propose an alternative question superior to yours.  Short answers are the more precise and long answers although maybe not wrong, are as a rule less precise and a very clear indication that the person does not know the material.

However just because a person knows the answer doesnt mean they will act on it.  It certainly doesnt mean that they give a rats ass about how it will affect you, or your loved ones, or your neighbors.

If I were in the debate I would ask Romney if he was wearing his magic silk pajamas?  And then I would ask if he thought it appropriate to get answers from the all mighty.  Because this would be considered cheating.  After all this is not a debating team.

Did Romney apply for a position in the Obama administration?  Why not did he not feel that he could help the country then?  Did he write to the president and give him some suggestions?  Hell I write the administration, the congress, the newspapers anyone that I think will listen.  I write this blog.  This is the Thome Times.   On occasion I might embarrass myself but on the whole I think my words hit their mark.   My blog is read by the Chinese, the Russians, the Europeans, so I must be doing something right.

So what would you like to ask the debaters, or ask me.  I will give you an answer and you can compare it to what the President and the president wannabe say.  Then it would be easier to choose a winner.
