Investments

If you are planning to make investments you should be careful, change is coming.  You may have heard that the ice in Iceland has melted and the ice in the north pole is over half gone, the other half should melt in the next couple of years.  So if you live anywhere near the ocean ..... this will affect you.

The fact is that the places that are below sea level are going to get flooded.  This includes ;  Houston, Galveston, New Orleans, Florida, Virginia, Charleston South Carolina, Washington, DC, Manhattan.  So if you were planning to move to these places or invest in these places, you might want to hold off.

This mean that those people will be trying to sell their real estate, and prices will go down, that means that federal dollars would be better spend somewhere else.  In fact this would be a good time to move DC to the population center of the country so more people could have access.

Certainly nuclear facilities that are in these zones should be shut down.  Oil drilling on the coast and the gulf should probably stop.  These failures could cause some environmental disasters at the wrong time.  

And then we will have survivors coming inland.  Alligators, pythons.

Anyway we will not be the only ones having problems with the ocean coming up to the backyard.  Central America has some places like, Panama.  The Islands are also at risk.

Maybe we can make a board game, help people develop some plans?  Dont want to get caught with our pants down.   We could appoint a secretary of flooding.  Dont take this warning lightly, its not the end of the world, at least not for all of us.   We still have time to save some of our museums, much of our history,
