The crime rate on the far east side has increased and the people are moving out. Since I dont believe in coincidence ..... I feel that the homes are targeted for crime ..... then they sell, and the house is bought cheaper. The neighborhood is socially reconstructed with co-conspirators and bucks are made, in such ways.
So how do we fix it, obviously they have spotters to neutralize police action, or the cops are in it. How about, kerfew? 10 pm sounds good to me, no one under 21 in the streets after dark, and people can have their cars stopped. All cars with dark windows will be stopped, if the glass is unsafe ..... have the car impounded, the driver cited, the passengers cited for breaking kerfew. The car will be released, when the windows are cleaned and legal.
How about impounding the cell phones, citing the drivers for driving while on cell phone. These young people can conduct an entire offensive operation from their phones, and unless law enforcement is able to do the same, they will loose this battle.
We need to get all federal, state, and local agencies involved, maybe even our soldiers?
