Readers

Well ...this blog has been growing, slowly but surely.  After a brief brush with censorship by those opposed to my iomega instruction comments ....Blogger ... decided to keep me on.  I was asked to admit to its genesis.  Those people did not come back.  However most of my readers come from the good old USA, Russia, Singapore, Denmark, Germany and Croatia. 

I do thank google for directing those people to my blog, I hope that none of them feel like they are being hijacked.  The Facebook bunch seems to be curious about my politics .... although there are some who say that I am very rude to some politicians.  Politics is a matter of life or death to me.  I am retired on a fixed income and the local politicians have no problems raising my taxes, my property taxes.  Actually I would like to do more than just, curse them on the blog, but these people are protected by law. 

I dont want anyone to think that I am not inconvenienced by what I publish, because I am. Last year the department of Environmental Services, Code Compliance Division ... came to my house 4 times to issue me warnings.... and to threaten me.  It is usually something like your weeds are to tall, to many.  One time they were talking about the rain gutter next to my property.  I pointed out to them that this is not my property, that it belongs to the city.   When I was younger I would clean it for them, to be a good citizens, but now Im older and my health is failing. 

The inspector M. Rodriquez, comes to my house and issues me a citation for weeds and grass in my back yard over 12 inches tall.  He claims that he is able to see it when he drives by.  The citation says that the city will come and clean it up and then bill me.  This is why in places like Saudi Arabia the people put up those very tall walls that prevents the police from looking in. 

I invite the department of environmental services to turn on their google and get the satellite view and see how many of my neighbors have the same problem or worse, hell my neighbor to my front, built some sort of shelter and not one inspector came to see it.  Im sure he doesnt pay taxes for the addition.  I live in the great Chihuahua desert, where growing anything is just plain luck.  My Representative Emma Acosta lives about three blocks from me on the same street .  Her front yard has two of those illegal trees, you cant see the back but unless she is paying some illegal .... I know she does not go back there and cut the grass and weeds.   She does have a grown child but Im sure there are reasons why she doesnt insist that he cut the grass. 

Now, Emma hates me .... because I happen to have the inside scoup  on how she abandoned her work post and the consequences.  She wouldnt show up for work or do it, and when they were going to fire her she sued.  Now she is drawing a salary for not working.  And she is shamelessly double dipping because she gets a second check for being the city representative for this area.  So I cant help but feel raped by politicians.  

My county representative Veronica Escobar .... just approved another 6% tax increase in property taxes to add to the 2% she voted for last month.  Then she has the effrontery of giving me looks when she sees me because .... she feels it is her obligation to support the county hospital with our tax dollars. 

In the mean time our electric utility is screwing us royally .... we have the highest rates in the nation.  But these idiots wont do anything about that.  Mr Brown, the local gay hater, is opposed to gay marriage and for these people to get benefits ..... they support this, they certainly dont oppose it.  

Now if anyone out there was attacking my sexuality ... like Mr. Brown ..... I would have already set him on fire.  A state of war exist between Mr. Brown and the gay community ..... and the gays are losing.  Mr. Brown hides behind his freedom of religion and his parish right along with him.  Bunch of bigots.
