Veterans in Texas are xempt from paying parking if they have disabled plates. This includes parking at the airports. So, why not make it easier for everybody. Have a lane that takes a picture of the plates instead of filling out forms. Mr. Carlos Rivera why dont you look into this, Ms Favela, why not fix this?
