Obama Care

Many of u r wondering what it is.  The republicans want the status quo.  But we do no what we have now.

1.  If ur parent is in a nursing home n demented .... the sheriff can n does serve subpoenas on those patients.  Failure to show up for the court date leads to judges and lawyers taking property.  Where is the adult protective services?  Sitting on their ass.

2.  If a doctor goes to Vegas n spends more than he budgeted for, no problem, upon return he will insert tubes or does surgery on people, because the government pays for it.

3.  If a old timer ends up in the hospital n no hope xists for recovery, n death is certain in the short term.  The patient is placed in ICU, he may be brain dead, but he will receive care that is wasted as long as the government pays.

4.  If your baby is in ICN, the insurance company calls every day to update the health status of the baby, the social workers give the report n deny any progress so that the billing goes in favor of the hospital n the social workers employer.  A bill in the ICN can reach $1,000,000 dollars in a month.

5.  If a patient has an abdominal problem n a tube is inserted into the stomach n set to suction, the drainage will alert u to the tube placement's accuracy.  No Xray is needed, but the policy will force an xray that many times is not read, not to mention the xpense.  With the use of portable xray machines even the patients in the nursing home will not be spared the benevolent radiation.   Xrays r not done in ICN bcause the risk of the xray is greater than the benefit.  In fact the tubes are inserted into babies often for feedings.

6.  When the end of year approaches, the stockholders have to be satisfied and dividens have to be paid.  So the first to go out the door is house-keeping, then nursing assistants.  So that is why patients get MRSA.

This is what goes on in health care today, this is the status quo, this is the republican agenda.

7.  Foreign doctors see medical practice as a portal to riches, many of them get free samples paid for by the taxpayer n they send them to other countries for more bucks.

So Obama Care under the circumstances may in the long run serve us better n we wont know until it is done.  U certainly know what care is like today.
