Well it appears that Mr Piers has much to say about our gun control. He is afraid that when his daughter, 3 years from now goes to school in Connecticut, some crazy is going to go there and kill her with an automatic weapon.
Dead is Dead. It only takes a small bullet to kill a person and the rest is overkill. We cannot control who goes crazy and when they will reach a threshold that will cause them to go kill. Mr. Piers thinks that this has to do with guns and now wants our guns taken. He wants our guns taken even though they are necessary to our defense and our survival. They are also very necessary to keep the government at bay.
During the Ruby Ridge incident the FBI managed to gather 400 agents, get them in tactical gear and deploy them to Ruby Ridge. He gave orders to kill first and ask questions later. This reckless use of men and the firepower of a battalion cause the death of a small boy, a mother, a man. All this without a trial, without a warrant, without any thought given to the constitutional rights of these people.
When the case got to court they argued that they were there to serve a warrant. They lost the case. This didnt bring back those people. So it is very possible for our government to get out of control, go crazy, and kill our citizens. Imagine these are FBI agents, college educated, they get a lot of money ..... and they still cant distinguish between right and wrong. It was wrong to assemble an army, it was wrong to shoot first and ask question later, it was wrong to kill those people, it was wrong not to fire the agents, it was wrong not to prosecute them for abuse of power, it was wrong not to charge them with use of excessive force.
This tragedy took place in our recent history and our courts looked the other way.
We as Americans are concerned about our citizens and we for the most part do not wish any harm to our babies. It is a tragedy that our children were gunned down by a demented person. These mentally ill persons, often grow bigger and stronger than the parents. At night they have to lock them up so they dont wonder out. Sometimes it is the grandparents who are taking care of them or just the grandmother, they throw tantrums when their immediate needs are not met. The parents given in and let them have food, You see them come into the ERs 100 pounds overweight.
Sometimes the staff is not much brighter and being the ugly people that they can be, assume a very judgmental position. They miss treat the parents as a penance. When some of those parents lack the skills to raise those children.
How absolutely horrible it must be to have one of your own take your weapon and you of course will not pick up the other and shoot your own child. So one parent drops dead and the demented person proceeds to live the life that society has taught him, goes to the school and kills twenty of our kids. Just thinking about the situation is enough to bring us to tears. But people are very fragile and all of us are subject to this same dementia under a different set of circumstances.
Mr. Piers a guest in this country would have us believe that these things dont happen in England. They have many a hooligan who is forbidden from crossing the channel because all they do is go fight at the soccer games. It has only been recently that the catholics and the protestants stopped shooting each other and blowing things up.
But they still have a Queen and they still play to the monarchy and they do this so their tourism doesnt suffer. The Queen sometimes visits the white house and she is given the same courtesy if not more than that given to the PM. Certainly I have never been inside the white house .... and I have help pay for it.
Mr. Piers comes to our country to make money, and he makes millions, but he only pays 17% in taxes, hell I pay more than that. Now he says that he will deport himself and his family to feel safe ...... Mr. Piers, dont let the door hit you in the ass.
You believe that you are smarter than us, you look down on us, so the last thing we need is another pompous SOB running around, and biting the hand that feeds him.
We have more children die in our pools, that from gun fire. Why dont we shut them down? We have many people fall from ladders and die, so why dont we confiscate all the ladders. We have many more people die in traffic accidents, but we still drive. Every day it is a struggle to survive and for many of us a gun is the only thing that stands between us and those who would hurt us, our homes, our love ones. I dont understand how a man that was involved in a wiretap scheme to sell newspapers feels that he is better than us.
So consider yourself lucky ..... if I was in charge I would have you thrown out of the country. It isnt like you have any redeeming social value. You are here because you are greedy and want to amass a fortune, and you were willing to put your family at risk to do so. Now you have changed your mind and find that what you might have to forfeit is a life. You are a media producer, a salesman, it isnt like you are necessary to our well being.
Our country remains free because of the second amendment, because we have a right to keep and bear arms. This flu season will kill many of our babies simply because some parents just are to lazy to get the free vaccinations and yet others fear the threat of autism more than the flu. Those babies will die, oh they were not shot, but dead is dead. I guarantee more children have died from the flu than those that get shot by some crazy.
Say hello to the Queen for me.
