The Wild West hasnt changed much ... we still have many lawless individuals running loose. They dont ride a horse, they drive a car. They are reckless and drive with total disregard for others. These people drive through the red lights with impunity. Then they absolutely refuse to pay the ticket. Now it is only a matter of time before someone is killed or maimed and it could be a Texan or an El Pasoan. The city of Las Cruces is cutting off their utilities, water and electricity. But why not jail?
What are we going to do with these people ..... because I'm convinced they come here and do the same thing. I suggest that they be forbidden from driving in our city, in our state. Yes make them persona nongrata, if they come here their cars will be repoed, they will go to jail and there remain until they pay for any tickets. Should they pay the tickets, they will not get their cars or their license plates, these will be forfeit. They must pay all court cost, attorney fees.
And we should check with Albuquerque and Carlsbad and the rest of the country. And only Red Light Runner plates should be issued to them. And while we are cutting utilities we should cut the gas .... they need to be thirsty, cold in the winter, hot in the summer .... and they should be walking.
Now how say you; Beto O'Rouke, Gov Perry, Reyes, Pastor Brown, Veronica Escobar, Lewis, Emma Acosta, Carlos Leon, Sheriff Wiley. Is this to far left? To radical? To liberal?
