Well the riches man in the world is Mexican ..... Carlos Slim owns (AMXL)
aka the phone company. The peso is down against the dollar, they have more silver than we do. He has about 65 Billion on a bad day, on this day this was what he had left over when he lost over 400 million. Now the next time Mexico asks for money, or cry about their condition, just tell them ... have you tried Carlos Slim.
Now I kinda feel sorry for our little Buffet, and William. Hell that money could really come in handy now that god has chosen to strike us dead with his tornadoes. I recall that Cartel Leader who said, let me operate without any interference from the government and I will retire Mexico's debt in 5 years.
