80/20rule, 51/49,20/20

It is a strange group of numbers, but they r numbers we live by.  For xample, 1/5 of my visitors r Russian, I guess they like what I write since they dont give me a clue. 

Th 80/20 rule has been around for awhile n th genesis was Italy, th man's name eludes me.  So I hope I can do th concept justice.  It is a management concept. 

20% of th staff, cause 80% of th problems, 20% of employees account for 80% of production, 20% of people own 80% of th wealth.  It can b just as precise in reverse, 80% of stock come from 20% of suppliers.  20% of th input, accounts for 80% of th outputs.  80% of space is taken by 20% of th stock.

That last statement when applied to computer memory means.... that if we focus on eliminatin or reducin 2% of th data we gain,I blieve 9% of space. Lets see .... I dropped 21 symbols, or 4 words ...Every 5 symbols r a word ... u do th math.

80% of the English language consists of 1000 words, if you learn 800 words, you can speak English.  13 letters in the alphabet make up 80% percent of the words.  The most frequent letter in the alphabet is e, and the most frequent word is THE.  It use to be thee eons ago.  We dropped one e, 25%, left it at the, if we drop the e again that leaves 66%.    Surely then we can change the alphabet and put it in order of frequency, form a standard; the kids have to learn 80% of the new alphabet at school, and th other 20% at home or by themselves.   Now if they fail to learn their 20%, it will not make any difference, in the students life.  

Now I dont know about Russian but it wont surprise me any if it is the same.  

Last but not least, the first 10% and the last 10% consume 80% of the time.  Imagine if we use this to structure our English class, reading and writing, spelling ...... we could save time.  Those students that cannot learn their 800 words, are left behind, they can have another year in third grade, they dont qualify for scholarship. Of those left behind, 20%, 80% of those will not learn it at all regardless of the number of hours spent on them. 

Now that we are headed for an election year, we have some people, the former front runner Cain, who say that if you are not rich, it is your own fault.  So I say 20% of the people that are rich, stole the money. 

So if I was chief of staff, i would sent the Marines to the Camian Islands to get our money back, get them for tax evasion. 

As for Cain he has a eye for the white ladies and prefers blonds 75% of the time.  So I dont think black women will be voting for him.   He is a polygamist, promiscuous, forgetful, black man.  He doesnt watch the news, and he doesnt read.
